Step 1: Survey – Once you access the SIPO Builder, you will be asked to complete a 20-30 minute survey. This helps the tool determine how your Statement of Policy and Objectives (SIPO) could be structured.

Step 2: Output – On completion of the survey, a draft SIPO is automatically sent to your inbox.

Step 3: Review – The draft SIPO is provided in word format so that further refinements can be made easily. You should consider seeking advice on the appropriateness of the draft, in particular, if you find it hard to understand the content of the SIPO.
